Okay, today i want to talk to all of you about announcement.

What is a announcement ❓

Announcement is a statement (official notification) in oral on written from that contains something for everyone to know. However not, everyone who heard or read the announcement had an interest in the annoncement. 

Where can we see or heard announcements ❓

We can heard or read announcements anywhere, for example oral announcements at school or in public places, while written announcements can be read on bulletin, boards, in magazines, and in newspapers. 

Announcement type :

• missing person announcements 
• obituary 
• news of weddings, birthdays, inaurugations, and births 
• winner announcement 
• job vacancy 
• advertisement 
• activity / event reports 
• notiffication / appeal from the government

What is the purpose of the announcement ❓

The purpose is to infrom the announcement text information about an event, job vacancies, new enrollment, new admissions, and so on.

Generic structure announcement :

1. Title , this is the most important part because it represents the whole content of announcement. Even so, sometimes it is not clearly stated.

2. Explanation , further explanation of the announcement. Usually consists of basic information that includes : type of activity, time, place, and participants. 

Announcements parts : the title / type of event, date and time, place, contact person / address.
