Okay, today i want to talk to all of you about recount text : biography my idol.

Recount text is a type of text that tells about a story, action, or activity. Usually, recount text retells events or experiences that occurred in the past.

A biografi is a personal history written by other people. In a biografi, the Life history, experiences, and Success stories of the person being reviewed are presented. Generally Biographies show people, orang people who have played a major role in Something that concerns the lives of many people. 

Types of biographical texts: 

1. Based on the writer's side

a.) autobiography

b.) biography

 2. Based on the content

a.) biographies of life's journey

b.) career history biographies

 3. Based on the issues discussed 

a.) political biographies

b.) intellectual biographies

c.) journalistic / literary biographies 

4. based on the publication

a.) own books

b.) subsidy books

 Types of Biographical Texts: 

• Short biographical text
• Long biographical text

Characteristics of Biographical Text: 

⭕ Has a structure ~ orientation, events / problems, and reorientation.

⭕ Made based on factual information and presented in a narrative form.

⭕ Facts based on the life experiences of a person being told.

 Biographical Text Structure: 

➡Orientation ~ contains the introduction of a character with the initial description of the character being told. This section also includes your date of birth and so on.
➡Events / Problems ~ contain problems faced by the characters. It displays interesting, impressive, awesome things and so on.
➡Reorientation ~ contains the author's views from the standpoint. It also contains motivational words for readers.

Rivan Nurmulki

Orientation

Rivan Nurmulki was born to father Nasrin and mother Ika Nuryati on July 16, 1995 in Jambi, but his parents separated. Rivan is a volleyball player for the Indonesian National Team and he plays in the Surabaya Bhayangkara Samator volleyball club. At the beginning of Rivan's career in the volleyball world he started from participating in tournaments in his area, namely Jambi.

Events/Problems

Actually, Rivan was not very interested in volleyball at first, but because of his high support for the sport, finally at the age of 17 in 2012, he started playing volleyball. By participating in tournaments held in the area, Bangka, Jambi. From there his abilities continued to develop, even though he had not yet mastered the basic theory of volleyball.

Until then, the talent guide from the Surabaya club Samator saw Rivan's ability when he was playing in the Kapolda Cup in Jambi. They were interested in inviting him to join Rivan, especially because his height, which is 194 cm, is ideal for volleyball players. As a big national volleyball club, Surabaya Samator certainly makes Rivan interested in joining, especially since he has the permission and blessing of his parents.

At the start of joining Rivan, he had a little trouble following Samator's training path. However, gradually he can adapt. Moreover, there he can train with his idol, Ayip Rizal. Of course this is an encouragement for Rivan. Rizal's abilities were further honed there until he managed to win for his club and prestigious awards in his field.

His success in becoming the 2016 Proliga champion for his club earned him the Most Valuabe Player (MVP) award. He successfully defended gold in PON 2016 for East Java. In 2017, Rivan was awarded the best Opposite Spiker at the Asian championships, the award positioned him to be the best among Asia's top class speakers.

Reorientation 

Rivan is still relatively young, but he has contributed more than his age, so it is believed that Rivan has a long career. Ibarsjah Djanu, as Samator's coach, asked the Jambi-based player not to be satisfied and to continue to develop and hone his game to be even better. 

That way, he can become the backbone for the men's volleyball national team in the future to replace his seniors in the national team. We hope that Rivan's presence will restore the glory of national volleyball during the era of Djoni Sugianto and his friends.
